Recognized as one of the oldest vineyards in France, Sancerre has been an AOC wine since 1936. The region's wine perfectly reflects the expression of the terroir: elegant and distinguished. The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety lends itself particularly well to this. Sancerre also has a second AOC: Crottin de Chavignol, a goat's cheese which goes perfectly with a Sancerre Blanc made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.
