"For many years, Manolo has trained his own horses to ensure his riders have a pleasant, reliable and friendly horse for horseback riding in Andalusia. Using gentle and non-aggressive methods.

You can choose to stay either at the Palacio de Oñate in the historic centre of Guadix or at the Hotel Picón de Sierra Nevada in the small town of Jerez del Marquesado in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. The course takes place in Lugros, approximately 25 minutes drive from Guadix and approximately 15 minutes from Jerez del Marquesado. We organise transfers between the hotel and the horses every morning and afternoon and these are included in the price of the programme.

Itinerary

HORSEMANSHIP IN ANDALUSIA
INDICATIVE PROGRAM *

You can book only part of the program, from 2 days riding and 3 nights.

Day 1 - Sunday: Arrival at the hotel , and accommodation. At 8 p.m., welcome and briefing with the Cabacci Horse Trails team.

Day 2 - Monday: The classes begin with firm guidelines, attending to the emotional and psychological connection with the horse, learning to transmit the energy that will follow when we become their companions.

Day 3 - Tuesday : Connection with horses and "Psychology of the horse". We will explore effective body language techniques that are strengthened by walking together in freedom. These connected walks will provide us with self-control, concentration and leadership skills. We will also transmit security, joy and playful moments to the horses that will make them want to be with us. From this day on, after Parelli's work on the track, we can take a walk outside to learn how to guide our horse safely and improve our level of outdoor riding.

Day 4 - Wednesday : Improve communication skills to have safe and happy horses. We will learn how to gain true confidence and competence in the field with a prey animal.

Day 5 - Thursday : "The seven games". We will work our ground-based skills with the well-known Parelli games. Then we will go for a walk with a bridle, enjoying a new experience.

Day 6 - Friday: Mutually beneficial relationship. A way for people and horses to achieve a mutually beneficial relationship. This will be a pleasant day in which the horses will be the protagonists. We will follow their thought processes, sensing their loyalty to humans. We will strive to be your best friend-leader.

Day 7 -Saturday : End after breakfast. Transfer to the aiport after breakfast.

MEETING:
Sunday afternoon directly at your hotel. Or paying transfer from Granada or Malaga airport

DEPARTURE:
Saturday morning after breakfast.

TRANSFERS:
Granada airport return: 200 € / car

Transfers are payable locally.

BUSES:
From Malaga airport (terminal 3) or from Granada bus station, you can take a bus to Almeria

FLIGHTS:
Flights to Andalusia are not included in our prices because it is generally more interesting to book your flights yourself, a flight package included is generally more expensive with agency commissions. However, we are at your disposal to help you find the best rates or offer you a transport trip included on request: free service.
Note:
The nearest airport is Almeria. Flights are often cheaper to Malaga. From Malaga you can take a bus, we can also give you an estimate for transfers. The best thing is to rent a car (about 2h30 drive). A car allowing you to travel on site, to visit this very beautiful region, and to have lunch and/or dinner in the many very nice local restaurants !

Riding

RIDING LEVEL:
You must be able to walk, trot and have a little experience in canter.

GUIDE & INSTRUCTOR:
Professional licensed local guide. The guide speaks Spanish, French and some English.

Your personal information (birth date, height, weight, riding level & experience, health information, etc.) are contractuals. The facility / guide / instructor may exclude on site and without compensation, any person whose information is different from the information provided on the registration form, and/or who does not correspond to the conditions of participation.

3. INSURANCES:
Cap Rando is covered for its professional civil liability: GENERALI contract n ° AL974010.
To register on a Cap Rando holiday, you must be covered by an individual liability insurance covering your activity, individual accident, assistance, repatriation, and possibly cancellation (strongly recommended not to lose your payment in case of cancellation for a reason covered by a cancellation insurance).
We offer to Europe Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway residents (only) to subscribe the "Cap Security" insurance from Chapka Insurance. This covers you for cancellation, interruption of stay, individual accident, assistance 24h / 24h, repatriation, medical expenses abroad, luggage insurance, civil liability. You can also only subscribe a "Cap Cancellation" cancellation insurance if you have insurance covering other risks.

4. PAYMENT:
- For a stay starting at more than 60 days: It is requested at registration: 50% of the price of the stay, the payment of the insurance possibly subscribed, the transport possibly requested, the booking fees. The balance is to be paid 60 days before the start date of the stay.
- For a stay starting at less than 60 days: Full payment is requested upon registration.
- For a stay starting at less than 21 days: Full payment by credit card is requested upon registration.
- If these are the last places available: Payment by credit card is requested upon registration.
You can pay:
- By credit card on our secure payment website: You will be directed to the payment link after completing the online booking form.
- By bank transfer: Our bank information will be sent to you after reception of your booking form.
For a quick processing and to secure your registration, receipt of your confirmation file within 24-48 hours: choose a payment by credit card. In addition: payment by credit card can allow you to benefit from its possible insurance.
Please note: your reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of your payment.

5. CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a confirmation file and contract with the invoice and all useful information within 24-48 hours after reception of your registration form and payment.

6. TRANSPORTS:
Before booking your transport: we advise you to wait for the receipt of the confirmation file and check that your transports feet with the meeting/separation times of the offered transfers. We recommend booking refundable transports.

7. CANCELATION POLICY:
Please note: Any stay may be canceled if there are insufficient bookings to ensure the stay up to 20 days before the date of a stay of more than 6 days, 7 days for a stay of 2 to 5 days. In this case, you may be offered a replacement stay or a departure with a supplement, if these proposals do not suit you: a full refund (unless you have accepted a possible supplement upon registration), excluding booking fees and possible non-refundable transport, is guaranteed without compensation.
